Terms of service
The fee for using the Emigrant Register is valid for one year at a time and includes access to the online databases of the Emigrant Register. The service is available as soon as the customer receives the order confirmation.

The customer has the right to cancel this service agreement within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the service contract is concluded.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify us of the decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous manner (for example, by letter, post or email). In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send a notice of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
If the customer cancels the contract, we will refund the payment we received using the payment method used in the order.
