Music and migration is an open concert event. The event is part of the Migration Institute of Finland’s 50th anniversary events and has been implemented in cooperation with Church Park Terrace (Kirkkopuiston terassi). John Westmoreland and Emilia Sisco are performing at the event. The nature of the event is a relaxed event open to the public, so bring your friends, pets, family or just come by yourself to enjoy summer Turku and good music.

The terrace of the Cathedral is located in the heart of Turku, next to the Cathedral, along the riverbank. The entire terrace of the Cathedral is a restaurant area and at the same time a drinking area. If you want, you can buy drinks and food from the area’s food and drink counters throughout the event. After the event ends, you can also stay and enjoy the services within the restaurant’s opening hours. The area is barrier-free and there will be two entrances in the area. The migration institute’s pop-up tent will be on display in the area throughout the event, so you can come and say hello to the institute’s people as well.

You are warmly welcome to enjoy a summer day with us and celebrate the Migration Institute of Finland’s 50th anniversary at the same time!
